It's my perspective on my project not company Project and my manager is good Work is there, so get to to work with various clients and gain good exposure Bonus is paid upto 80% for sure which I feel is better than my previous org

Health Insurance is the worst No additional benefits I feel from the company Lot of cost cuttings.. If you work remotely, forget any benefits like team meet, outings, diwali or annual gifts. Promotions are ambiguous and very much opaque.

No growth and learning. No transparency and zero job security. People who has given many years to exl got fired a day after there project ended and they were not billable. Not employee friendly zero culture. Higher management is totally worthless

Their salary structure they don't do increment as employee expectations. And also they don't offers good salary to their employees in insurance Process.

EXL Services is worst company to work with. Their upper management always try to save their ruthless and characterless assistant manager. I am particularly talking about Pune's EXL office. Their security is pathetic they themselves keep on steal things from employees which are kept in locker. work life balance is pathetic as well. but I agree it depends on managers as well. some got good managers, and some got pathetic managers. Overall, it's not a good company to work with. Don't lose hope there are good companies as well. Give interviews for that but not for EXL....Read More

Promotion and Salary hikes are Pathetic!!! Upper leadership are the real world blood sucking worms, they don't hesitate even if they could suck 10 rupees from you...I haven't seen the level of cost cutting in any other company compared to what EXL have...very degraded corporate culture..!!!!

I can't say anything good about EXL , they have lots of office politics , few managers like Baby singh she is very rude and unprofessional , she threat you directly about your promotion and job. please never join Baby singh team at all else your life will be pathetic.

office politics , very very slow promotion even if you are deserving, only those who are in good books (buttering people) will get the promotion. Baby singh worst manager ever.

Not recommended for IT software people as all the technical work is outsourced. Good for people who technically talk but work on manual ppts

No HR department. The company events are lavish and mandatory to attend. Work life balance is totally on manager's wish. Only IT spocs are required here as no technology development is done here.

Zero empathy and fully corrupt creating a bad name for the company because of his way of handling this team. one aspect that I found less satisfactory was the salary, which I felt was not up to the mark. Despite this, the enriching experience and the excellent work culture made my time at EXL worthwhile.

Pathetic management. Tonns of work pressure, no work life balance. Favouritism and only the ppl favoured are recognised and appraised.

Dislikes

No fair appraisal for years but they’d give you extra work and expect you to work like the person who got promoted. Micromanagement and stupid ppl are made promoted, who in turn don’t know how to resolve a simple issue.

Depends upon the client and the people you are working with. It's the people in the team which makes an atmosphere to work and not the brand name.

Should focus on providing competitive salaries and good raises to the efficient people working beyond the expectations.

In last 3-4 years many veteran top management leave the organization and those who replace them they are not upto. They are trying to implement US work culture, like hire fire culture but in terms of package they are not even follow Indian market. The new top management don't even respect those who spend more than a decade in the organization.
