Dislikes

one aspect that I found less satisfactory was the salary, which I felt was not up to the mark. Despite this, the enriching experience and the excellent work culture made my time at EXL worthwhile.

The work culture is dynamic collaborative and process oriented. There was strong emphasis an accuracy, compliance and customer satisfaction. We had regular training sessions to enhance our skills and stay updated with process changes. One of the things I appreciated the most was supportive environment. Overall, the experience helped me to grow professionally and personally.

As an organisation EXL may be good but the process under which I worked was pathetic and the manegement sucks.

The toxic culture, they don't pay the same amount to employees who have been working hard here from last 4-5 years but they pay the current market payout to the new employees

The work environment is really bad . It feels like they treat us like their servants and there is no HALF DAY CULTURE . Managers show no empathy in certain situations ie even if you’re not well they don’t care. There is also lack of PROPER TRAINING and too much RESTRICTIONS.
