It was a good experience to work there. Most important point is the work environment there was very good...Although there should be improvement regarding appraisal and salary improvement.

Useless company only created pressure and stress. You can only work in this company if you are done with your life. You will see people fainting, heart attacks, eye bleeding and brain hamrage cases on the floor. You will be also asked for do ot and will not be paid. The manager will treat you like a dog.

Comparing the salary package with other companies in the industry, i have noticed that it is significantly lower. This has promted me ti consider the importance of fair compensation in relation to the job satisfaction and motivation.

There was nothing to like they hired me for payroll later moved me to insurance process. And the funny thing is there was opening in payroll domain too but they never look out for internal movement.

1. No structure in work - everything is ad-hoc, urgent and important. No planning 2. Too much office Politics - more competition, less collaboration 3. Micromanagement by EXL Managers - some managers make you sit on a call entire day as they want to see you work 4. Toxic work culture - people hide information from others, talk behind etc., 5. Some leaders in certain spaces like Insurance, RMTI lack vision and operate like a Lala 6. No hikes, delayed bonuses, delayed promotions in 2024 7. Managers and some ex-EXL clients leave no chance to humiliate you in a call and use unprofessional tone 8. Poor office facilities and a substandard health insurance. 9. They almost never pay referral bonus to you for hired people saying that the profile already existed in their database 10. They hire people with proven tech and business skills and don’t have any plan to utilise them. 11. It’s a total crap company, all the managers treats you like a slave and pretend that they are the son in law of the company and order you like a anything.

Dislikes

If you are good at licking and feels like you have to earn money for your family at any cost then only join this company otherwise believe me you, you will regret your decision. Better take a month extra to prepare for another company but do not join this firm. It will make you sick. Do not give you medical leave even if you are at the hospital bed.

To be honest nothing. Terrible and poorest of the poor management. No appraisal and no benefits for working overtime. By overtime I don't mean 3 hours or 4 hours I mean 6-7 hours. Overall, my experience at EXL was somewhat positive and i would recommend it to professionals looking for collaborative environment and who want job security. And yes for skill development there will be opportunities.
