No fixed Appraisal cycle, appraisal depends upon mood of higher management, one year they will give appraisal another year they will not give hike of even 1 Rs. Will not recommend to stay in this company for more than year/two. No work life balance. Frequent change of higher management every 2 yrs ( even Leads, Managers, VPs ), So whenever new management comes they start dictating and brings technology they know and ask team to work on it obviously on priority. There is nothing to like about the company..They are making us work for more than two weeks at a stretch without holiday..as of today I have worked for 14 days straight without any leave. Worst company we have family n we are not able to spend time with family. Don't ever work here..for 10 years senior person they are paying only 8k..worst company.as per labour law a person should not work at a stretch for more than 10 days and overtime should also be provided but no extra payment but we have to work hard without any rest....Read More
