Since it is located in Mysore,we like it . For a Software engineer in Mysore where we have limited opportunities, it is a good company.

No job security. They will put you on PIP for silly reasons like your salary is high and will force you to resign. As per their policy if you dont clear PIP then they will mention this on your experience certificate that you were terminated Salary pay is very less. Freshers here are still getting the salary as they used to get in 2014. It used to be a good organisation but recently the managers and leads hired are too biased and partial. They will only support the ones they like. Office politics is worst here. No perks for employees.
