i was happy about the skill development/learning. There was a work-life balance with flexible work hours. The compensation and benefits were Ok. I do not have much to say about company culture. There was no job security. I must rank them high on career growth and opportunities because I learned so much. The work was satisfactory. I appreciate the products and the global client base of the company.

Dislikes

No ISO certification, so had problems adjusting with the work pressure with long hours required to finish the work, with no laptop provided. Too much politics from teammates.

No job security. They will put you on PIP for silly reasons like your salary is high and will force you to resign. As per their policy if you dont clear PIP then they will mention this on your experience certificate that you were terminated Salary pay is very less. Freshers here are still getting the salary as they used to get in 2014. It used to be a good organisation but recently the managers and leads hired are too biased and partial. They will only support the ones they like. Office politics is worst here. No perks for employees.
