The work culture and management is too good comparing to others. The clients across the world are satisfied and there frequent visit makes excel to adopt new innovations & technology.

Dislikes

many of the employees are uneducated. Their way of approach towards work and politics are bit awkward. Most of them are non innovative.

My work is competitive and challenging, have to spend half a day in production line as well as in quality control. Have to supervise and lead a team of 4. Have to complete all the check points includes all the departments in a day.
