It was company but right now this is small contractual base job.

there is no system, no policy they have, any time they can take any decision for any emp. carrer stability is depend upon how much emp buttering to boss.there is one manger parmjit who is buttering boss and after that he manage all, who they are in favor of him. they can stay in comp nay body who want to show there skills, he fire him.

10 hr shift and thats now 9 hrs... very very small company. they built in house.
