There is nothing to like about working in this company

Dislikes

They recruit only the freshers so that, the new joine have 0 knowledge about proper work culture and job roles. No proper Perks and benefits will be followed unless the employee keeps asking them with even PF & ESIC. As they recruit mostly the freshers they won't register ESIC or PF not only during the probation period they will take months to register but they will deduct the ESIC & PF from your gross salary every month. No where these are accountable. No proper CL encashment during the reliving manager or the management will promise to pay but they will never do that even after several requests. Manager will purposefully assign you tasks during your out time....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
