Really good learning process for freshers. Enough exposure to a new joinee such as interating directly with clients which helps to build self confidence.

Dislikes

Very good company for initial learning program i.e for freshers. Huge exposure provided but not good in respect of work culture,career growth. Huge middle level politics between managers.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
