There is no scope for skill development or career progression here in Navlin Data team. The work culture is terrible due to the current management. The Senior Manager of Navlin Data, Harpreet Saggu, lacks basic knowledge of Market Access and exhibits a narcissistic and self-centered personality, making it extremely challenging to work under her leadership. Promotions and work flexibility are only granted to those who flatter her ego. If you are uncomfortable with this dynamic, it will be very difficult to thrive here. Furthermore, if you try to raise your voice or bring up any issues against Harpreet Saggu, she is likely to retaliate by placing you under a sudden Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). In terms of skill development, opportunities are almost non-existent. You will gain little to no expertise in the domain of Market Access unless you are a self-learner willing to invest your extra time, including weekends, to upskill yourself. Beyond basic excel lookups, there is zero exposure to advanced tools or processes. This job primarily involves data pulling, with no real scope for learning or growth. In fact, a 15-minute YouTube tutorial could teach you more Excel skills than you would acquire here. Deserving employees who could genuinely improve processes have already left the organization. Vacant positions in Navlin Data remain unfilled, increasing the workload on existing employees. At times, team leads may even ask you to work extra hours or on weekends due to the staffing shortages. Inefficient management has led to numerous client escalations and significant quality issues in the database. Regardless of your dedication and performance, do not expect promotions or salary hikes unless you cater to the management's whims. Harpreet Saggu, the operational senior manager, lacks knowledge of Market Access and is incapable of fostering a healthy work environment. Her narcissistic and ego-driven leadership, combined with a tendency to silence dissent through PIPs, makes the workplace unbearable. I personally learnt so many things at Navlin Data team. I worked for around 2 years there, but I really enjoyed my time. I think the review given above is a complete personal opinion as it does not apply to all the employes worked there. All the operational managers and team leads in Navlin Data are better than many other places andI would say you would actually feel friendly working along with them. Compared to my previous experience, it was really nice. People should not share reviews based on personal grudges. It should always be about professional environment. Terrible, NAVLIN Data should be skipped by everyone who applies here, There is not a single benefit to work here, No Work Life Balance, No leaves, No Work Exposure, 90 Day Notice which cannot be bought out, Every Day is a struggle here and I don't believe there is a single person who wants to stay employed here for a long time
