There is a culture of blame game in the project leaders. These leaders do not give time on projects and have a scapegoat ready at the end of each project. Also, people will rightfully call you on day offs. Sick leave will be scrutinized, you may be asked to show reports to MBBS in the team to verify if you are too sick to work or not.
