The location am working is dahej I have to travel daily 1.5 hours to reach comapny by company bus and please see your company location and conditions of city also the top management people are old mindset no automation and no one will mentor you.

It's fully union based political company. You can't be say to any company role workmen. If you say for work they will abuse you. If you Will complain to hr. Hr persons very chutiyas Plant to head office. Baki apki khud ki izzat nhi hai to most welcome

There has been a change in the top management. Since then the situation here has worst. New people are being brought in who do not have knowledge. They are being paid a good salary and the old people are not being respected due to which they are leaving the company. Neither are their salaries being increased.
