Role & responsibilities :

• Ensure 24/7/365 uptime of Server, EIL websites and Plant IT infrastructure across India
• Administration of Microsoft O365 landscape
• Plant Infra Support
• Handle level 2 and level 3 calls effectively
• Implement and maintain data backup and restore policies for Server-related devices
• Close all tickets raised on Server promptly
• Monitor and manage assets movement across India, including replacements and disposals as per organizational policies
• Maintain critical spares as required by organizational policies
• Update and maintain technical documentation for the entire landscape
• Implement Server audit report findings and ensure timely closure of actionable items
• Coordinate with vendors and external consultants, including review meetings and closure of contracts, ensuring resource availability and training for infrastructure areas.

High-End Responsibilities-

• Conduct business requirement studies, analyze, and map requirements to business applications.
• Facilitate support and fulfillment of business needs
• Advocate for end-users, conduct problem analysis for IT infrastructure and business application management
• Drive delivery through strategic planning, effective architecture and design, competency building, and managing customer expectations.
• Deliver on Project Scope Management, Process Flow Analysis, Requirements Definition, Gap Analysis, Prototyping, User Training, Deployment, Go-Live, and Support.
