Client was very good, appreciated work. There was a nice camaraderie within the junior team.

Because of attrition post pandemic lot of good old seniors have left the company and now the senior management is filled with LALA people with Delhi wala attitude who think they are the owners of the company and paying salary from their pockets. I'm lucky to leave the company in a appropriate time and could avoid possible mental torture from the management. HR are the puppets of operations team and are employee friendly only on LinkedIn and do all the show-off. In reality they do Jumla Bazi with lot of false promises to employees during notice period. But they don't have the courage to act against senior managers if they are mentally torturing employees....Read More
