Work policy, client exposure, some projects can be really good

Dislikes

Management has no clarity or vision for future, random KPIs will be pushed from top management. Extream work pressure from AVP or VP, even though most of the time it is not required. Your managers will keep pushing you for more and more work with unrealistic deadlines and at time of appraisal you won't get anything as they don't care about existing employees and prefer hiring new people from outside....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
