Get to work on challenging and sound technical work. The management is very much open and straight forward in giving feedbacks good or bad. It's up to the employee to make or break. I have enjoyed work till now - I'd say they trust you to deliver, keep responsibilities that expects to raise our bar which is what makes me stay in thecompany. The HR policies in general are in par with global standards and some times even better when it comes to tax saving for the employee. I'd say ZERO or NEGLIGIBLE politics in comparison with any other French organisation. So you'd have your space for contributing peacefully....Read More

Its was wonderful arrangement provided (Verifying Temperature, Sanitizer, Hygienic Food Arrangement, Transport feasibility with social distance, Shoe Sanitizer, Provided mask to all the employees, Provide Tea / Coffee on working premises,etc...)

Due to COVID, Bonus and Appraisal detected. But we understood the current situation.
