Highly political and poisonous environment. Leadership positions are filled with incapable people. Brilliance is killed and mediocre personalities are cherished. People are very self-centered than organizational growth.

Poor job culture, no job security, and the company are ready to replace every employee at the drop of the hat instead of retaining it. Being a manager, I can say that HR does not work for the welfare of the employee but to support the leadership team.
