Nothing, avoid joining if you don't want mental harassment and demotivation. Manager will blame you instead of their legacy technology and their deployment process. You'll see biased higher management towards South Indian.

Demotivating environment, Bias for regional colleagues, you'll have to work on wpf, no support from team, worst for female, no work life balance, menaka harassing manager, your manager will not hear a thing, no career growth, SAM application is worst in terms of technology and development that's why not able to go live from last couple of years, you'll be asked to work for 12 hours or more, apart from your usual work you'll have to give classes to other colleagues on round robin basis.
