They are too Supportive. Since March we are working from before the lockdown started.. Feb it self International travel was freez and Before entering to office a sefty was measured like checking temperature and sanitization and all was on place. Even during this Lockdown time they made office touch free building.

No negative comments.. I can say i loved to work with Eurofins

There is good opportunity to grow within a role and you get chance to switch job roles through internal job postings if one is interested. There are quarterly outings and regular appreciations in the form of a few different awards.

Dislikes

There can be some politics but that's true for any organisation. If you let your work speak, politics won't be much of a hindrance

Eurofins feels stuck, recently more emphasis on infra projects. Salary hike , promotions are hard to come..HR and Leadership seems disconnected. Senior leadership has no meaningful work, just happy holding to their stagnant positions for paycheck with influence.

Old technology and people are using wpf applications still and no growth or promotion , QA team has members who are there for decade and they will retire there itself and after spending years I lost my communication skill , technical skills and worst team I ever worked in my lifetime.
