The project I worked was worst. I joined and without proper KT asked to work. More work pressure. Within few months i saw many people got laid off from 12-15 members team. The director expects that the whole team is available 2hrs after the shift ends and often meetings arranged by him are at 6 or 6.30 in the morning and we all are r expected to be available.
