I like the timing of the job. The office environment is very much casual. There is flexibility in the work timings.

Dislikes

The decisions of the management are unstructured. The management does not focus on the new employees. Before a full-time employee, they provide a 6-month trainee to the freshers. During this trainee period, the management is unstructured and does not provide attention, or feedback and revolves around things. In the beginning days, they talk big but do nothing. The most interesting thing is the one who gives knowledge does the opposite. After 110% of your proactiveness, the manager will give excuses, be irresponsible, and you have to sit idly and waste your time.
