They will promote there own people all the Managers in Finance all are from Kerala only and there is no proper account Handling even though people are working from Long time i.e above 10 Years. Management is not so good, many people resign from the team due to new management, before it was people centric but due to changes from the last year it becomes very difficult to work over there. Salary compensation is not upto the mark.
