Jayachandra (manager of RPA team) will give mental torture to only working employees. If consultants will not work he will abuse/ give threats to remove permanent working employees. Useless employees of team are enjoying with less work load & no track of their track. Jayachandra is having ego issue, we have to follow his orders he wants working employees to work 400% than their capacity, HR & management is not doing anything even after multiple complaints.
