For fresher or people who have low salary or having 1 or two years of experience working in Alshaya will be better depending on which application team you will be put in. If you are in legacy application support job searching and skill development will be poor. Job security is good and regular salary is given.

Company policies and culture. HR team is useless here and doesn't do a single thing which will be helpful for employees. Hikes are poor and not at all consistent, sometimes 2 or three years you might not get any hike. And variable payment might not be given some times. Senior manager and manager does micromanagement a lot which is very bad for employee state of mind and to do quality work. There is biase while giving salary hike and promotions. Teams which require on site experience are not given opportunities vs teams who don't require are sent to offices outside India....Read More
