good benefits like health insurance, cab facilities, reimbursement of internet etc. good people to work with.

Dislikes

projects have very less work and more of maintenance as their products are in loss most of the time. lot of layoffs since past few years and reorg has happened multiple times.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
