I don't understand their FTE conecpt, most of the Employees in Govt Advisory are hired on FTE basis and even though most of them do BDEV along with project they are not part of company bonus. Any one who has been working on multiple things should be part of company bonus as per my view. To convert to on roll from FTE is still shady and many people don't know how to get it done

The culture in my team (Business Consulting) is good. It’s a hybrid working model and increment and promotion system is good. Work pressure is usually manageable but highly depends on clients too. Overall a good experience!

In case of difficult clients the work culture gets excessively complex and toxic. Learning curve is very limited. There is monotony of work.

This is big firm but having multiple small teams which makes a full big organization, so ultimately you will be working under one partner & size of the team would be 50-100 so, it's similar to startup company, 2. Considering there are many small departments, the Team you are working in, the manager and the bad politics can not be monitored and its such a huge organisation you often get confused whom to reach out to. No strong Human resources to solve actual issues
