Unisys is the worst place to work. Their work culture is full of politics and religion based management(Where for example the muslim team leads won't assign work to muslim team members and delegate to others and based on language and regional partiality...... ). 16 -18 months of probation ( before firing so to save cost and avoid increment) extension of probation for taking sick leave on probation. send you mail if login late with 10-11 hour shifts. No increment for 2 years( since you'll be in probation for almost 18 months ) before interview CTC will be 4.2 LPA during interview it changed to 3.8LPA in joining letter it became 3.4LPA. The HRs here are cunning and tricky that they manipulate freshers who don't know the corporate rules etc.. posting anonymously so my job doesn't affect and didn't mention a lot of things that's happened to me and happening with others so they don't trace me out based on the hints. Management is very bad, it keeps changing and they keep trying to find new ways of making one person do the work of 3, blame game, cost cutting, peanuts appraisal, partiality when it comes to promotions and appraisal. Even if you are sick, manager does not consider wfh, they say they will take doctor’s notes into consideration then later cut your appraisal blaming less RTO.
