I want to know about the company Capco. Current domain: Data Engg YOE: 4.7 CCTC: 16.4 Offer: 23(fixed)+1 JB Post: Sr Consultant 2 grade M2. I want to know about the company culture,WLB,job security,bench policy.Also,I am a bit confused.The role offered is for a consultant,but the questions were more oriented toward arch. There were no questions on PySpark.The manager said the work is on ETL migration for Barclays using AWS Glue and Spark,but no related questions.Should I take the offer or continue rounds with EPAM,UST,EY? There are other offers. Yash Tech:22LAP(fixed) Publicis Sapient: 25(fixed) Quantiphi: 25(quoted from my side,no offer yet) But the thing is that here the work is unclear. Also there are other company rounds going like EPAM,UST.

Lot of projects so job security is fine. But if you are in client project they just care about billing hours. No further growth then.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. All projects are very demanding. It becomes terrible when they ask to work on 2 projects in parallel. Min 12 hrs daily.

EY is one of the best consulting firm. THe work culture is amazing and truly an unique in its own. In the Covid period, it supported its employee to the best. But I didnot get any Home office support . Even if an employee working for 1 month during this period, You should have passed on some benefits to him.

Nothing as such. Great company with great culture.

Overall, it's a pleasant experience . I learnt a lot . And definitely if given any opptunity in future I would like to be part of the great EY family again.
