Dislikes

Some Managers are worse, which are coming from startups and ruin the EY culture. Giving continous work and ask to do work on Saturday and sunday also. Like Mohan. Company is too good but these people make their environment worse. And also hate North indian people and by hook and crook he forced them to leave the organization. Always talk in tamil even if people in the group are North indians.

Job Switch advice

Dotnet fullstack developer with angular. Close to 10 years of experience. I got an offer of 42LPA from a US based product company which is setting up it office in india. The company is not that big, according to linkedin it has 200 to 500 employees overall. I currently work with one of the big 4s with decent wlb and a CTC of 30LPA. The total revenue of the new company is the operating budget of the current budget of my project ? Do you guys think this is worth the switch ?
