Market value for .net fullstack
I am a .NET full-stack developer with ten years of experience. I work with Angular and .NET microservices deployed on Azure. I believe I am a strong problem-solver and a quick learner. I am currently employed by one of the Big Four firms with a total compensation of 31 LPA (fixed + variable). I have received an offer of 42 LPA (all fixed) from a US-based product company establishing a GCC in India. I am still exploring opportunities and am quoting 10% above my last offer.
Recently, I received a call from Deloitte, and they indicated their maximum budget is 34 LPA fixed.
I am concerned that my salary expectations may be becoming too high, potentially limiting the number of companies that can afford me. Could I have some advice on this matter?
