EY is a great place to work. I feel work life balance is good here but depends on project to project. There are a lot of scope for career growth. Compensation and increment are good compared to other service based company but it depends on an individual and company performance.

Job Switch advice

Dotnet fullstack developer with angular. Close to 10 years of experience. I got an offer of 42LPA from a US based product company which is setting up it office in india. The company is not that big, according to linkedin it has 200 to 500 employees overall. I currently work with one of the big 4s with decent wlb and a CTC of 30LPA. The total revenue of the new company is the operating budget of the current budget of my project ? Do you guys think this is worth the switch ?
