Silent layoffs..cant work in a more toxic company than this. One advice! If you get into Mr. Sharath kuppa or Aman Dutta/ Charan/ Nagendra's team- you may be asked to leave at anytime becoz they don't really care a damn on employee future..The ratings aren't justified after putting all the hard work

Hardly anything good other than office parties, huddles and hybrid working model. Job security is there just because they won't easily fire you as even they know that won't be able to get a replacement as good as you in that petty budget.

Dislikes

Too much of internal politics, linguistic & regional favoritism and division in between teammates and sub teams. Hardly any good appraisals either. Overtime is highly normalized, expecting you be available 24x7 for them.

I don't understand their FTE conecpt, most of the Employees in Govt Advisory are hired on FTE basis and even though most of them do BDEV along with project they are not part of company bonus. Any one who has been working on multiple things should be part of company bonus as per my view. To convert to on roll from FTE is still shady and many people don't know how to get it done
