EY is good in its support during difficult times... But the worklife balance is not good. Due to workload i feel weak and i was in need to leave the job

Work load is more during season time While trying to improve the business, please check how to make employees work effectively without much stress. Try to check if there health is ok when they are having huge stress. The dedication that they try to give will be lost if you are given so much of stress. As business grows the bond withthe members reduce, all will become selfish . In my opinion this will seriously effect negatively in long run. Try to have a survey for employees situation once in a while from higher authorities. If employees are having more bond and supportive it will only help the business to grow. I really loved working in ey during initial days, But as team grows only utilisation and revenue was checking. No one is trying whether employees are working comfortably. Higher authorities should really require to check this if possible. Please check how much an employee is able to have a proper sleep during season time. Work Details

I loved my team and my work a lot... But as days passes the work given were a lot and only utilisation and comparison done between team members. Seniors are so cooperative but no one is checking whether the work given is more to handle.
