Dislikes

Employees are added as temporary contractors and do not let them have a permanent contract. Senior leadership only cares about how they can fill their pockets but does not care about the work each contractor put into the job. Long working hours, have to work for over 12+ hours on some days.

It all depends on the team and Manager which you are working for.. Overall good but I really hope few of the Managers to put down their ego and stop playing politics and support the team without any discrimination based on gender, work experience,age etc. Above all the HR department still have to take their job seriously, at times they make your life a real hell..
