1. This company is good for people who live in nearby location. For people who live far away from the office location they’ll find that they are stuck in a constant cycle of hectic living. 2. People working over here should be extra careful about their health because if something happens to you, you’ll have to use up the leaves with no guarantee of wfh. So you cant afford to fall ill or injure yourself during your tenure in this workplace. 3. Discrimination at its best. If you are close to your manager, discussing unwanted personal details among yourselves then they’ll favour all your unprofessional behaviours. 4. Awesome company with commitment management

Likes

Encouragement for self development and learning new skills. Employee is given their time for task completion. They treat every employee equal so no bias within colleagues. All cultural festivals are celebrated with same enthusiasm and hr arranges some fun activities too.

They should have flexible work hours. Should adopt hybrid work mode for employees instead of complete onsite mode.
