Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The company is open to innovation and deadly adopt latest technology I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable ,high quality product and has a global Clint base

Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high some time I have work 12-20 hours straight in a day and manager do not value an individual unique strength which is why I to take back my suggestion most of time also there is no one job training for freshar hence senior folks like me to guide step by step which is a pain some time

Sales coordination is poor ..team leader is worst ..she don't even know how to handle a team..not able to talk to client or party...expenses is 5 to 7 days late always. No proper management...sales coordinater is good for nothing..seniors in sales department are lazy..not able to solve customers complain..always bzy in gossips
