Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high some time I have work 12-20 hours straight in a day and manager do not value an individual unique strength which is why I to take back my suggestion most of time also there is no one job training for freshar hence senior folks like me to guide step by step which is a pain some time

The salary annual increment will be 1500-3000 only Job timing 09:00am-19:00pm You are note allowed to sunt down your system before 7 pm by any cost The owner is abusive in nature. You will never get appreciation for the hardware but if any mistake done your will be fired on the spot.if you want growth don't join the company

Sales coordination is poor ..team leader is worst ..she don't even know how to handle a team..not able to talk to client or party...expenses is 5 to 7 days late always. No proper management...sales coordinater is good for nothing..seniors in sales department are lazy..not able to solve customers complain..always bzy in gossips
