HR and department head is always dissatisfied me. If you give 100% but they never satisfied even machine run better than past also production is increased due to maintenance of machine but they never satisfied with your work.

The job is quite interesting! I went to company 1st day and looking the machine working and procedures I watched hole day then think can I do it or not. But after taking to my senior they convince me that you can do it after learning in 10-15 days.
