A very inclusive culture with freedom of speech.

Dislikes

Many still are carrying the microfinance mindset. So speed of execution, disruptive thought process are absent. People have a closed mindset and not willing to accept change.

For now job security is not a problem, but in a year or two it will become stressful asnthey grow. Work culture is definitely no where near an MNC company - management is very traditional.

Dislikes

IT systems are very bad and most of the applications doesn't have basic reporting capabilities. They try to make in house systems and fails terribly. No transportation. HO is a very old building and the rest rooms stinks. Recruitment in compliance, aml, pqa is substandard. HR process is very slow

In BI and Analytics, it's pretty stressful because application systems do not have basic reporting capabilities. Risk, Compliance, AML, Operations and Finance teams struggle as their technical capabilities are next to zero - very bad recruitments.

Working culture is very regressive, mindset is "Small". Not keen to invest in IT Infrastructure. Very reactive approach. Long way to go and my best wishes to them
