Good atmosphere to work.during covid times our company provide extra wages eventhough other companies cut down their staff salaries.really happy to work with Equitas

Dislikes

The only thing i dislike is we have to more depend on cpc in operations while customer is in urge we are not able to provide instant service to customers that is the only reason.if some of the things may change to branch level it would be more easy

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
