Seniors take too long for lunch, which delays others, especially juniors. Lack of tissues in the washroom and cafeteria is inconvenient. Seniors often engage in political discussions during lunch, leaving juniors with less time and space to eat comfortably. Many employees end up eating outside the office, in the park, due to these inconveniences.
