It's great place for someone who really wants to work hard and flourish in his/her career at a decent pace. Some of the great minds are part of the senior management and it is really a pleasure to work with them and learn lot of things.

Dislikes

Though there are noting such what I dislike about Eptisa, the work pressure is quite high so sometimes it gets difficult to maintain the work-life balance.

Work Details

I am the single point of contact for all the international bids of our territory and have to lead a team of at least 10 young multi cultural professionals for timely delivery and have to look after the entire bid management along with pipeline management.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
