Poor work culture, internal politics, no growth on professional level, no salary growth. Worst management skills applied by authorities at Kolkata office to handle projects and employees. Unprofessional behavior of management, specially towards employees.

Indian management team actions are required to improve regarding coordination's which was not upto the marks, no timely salary reimbursement, not providing tax deduction certificate from Nepal because Nepal Liaising & signature Authority role was not good. Even I did not get my Income tax deduction certificate.

No Job Security, no timely salary payment, life balance etc

I talk only my site region, here very bad situation,site hr does bad behavior with Employee, no salary increase, unlimited working hour even whatever senior comes for vist that day working hour goes 14 to 16 hour without lunch and water.

Here job on Contract basis .no job security, no appraisal, no work life balance.

Head office people only talk sweet words which are not at all reality.

Dislikes

If no job then come and stay here and take food free of cost, but don't ask for salary. As long as you can withstand without salary you can continue.

In an Eptisa all are work well together, share the same goals and have a sense of purpose within the business and often feel happy, appreciated and satisfied with their jobs because of welcoming atmosphere.
