The only thing which we liked is our team, they are very friendly and supportive but the whole team was disappointed by eptisa including TL

Dislikes

It's been 5 yrs and our 8 mnths Salaries were not paid .. they are linking the salaries to the billing which will take years .. they relieved the whole team without paying the pending salaries when the project was cancelled due to govt issues which is not at all acceptable.

Guest house with food and daily transport facility for experts. Cool working culture.

Dislikes

They hire only on contract basis as consultant for duration of project. Salary is paid only after client pays. Management does not bother about remobilising resources to any other project. There is no scope for learning or skill development.
