Company is good management is also good I love to work again with kaefer kuwait, it was great experience with kaefer.

Dislikes

I don't like south Indian people because they are always playing game with other employees and using home language because of other employees didn't understand, And Infront of management showing I'm the best other employees are not good we are the best south Indian people are not good we can't work with them...

Company will pay salary timely, less work pressure, company will give additional benifits marriage time and child birth, if they provide overtime after after 8hours all staff will be very happy...

Dislikes

10hours duty but sometime have to work in Friday without overtime. during shutdown time have to work extra hours without any extra payment..
