Good work environment and culture. MD is very helpful, every dicision being taken by MD himself, so the lobby by the management wouldn't woked , in this evil pandamic our company gave full salary during 2 months long lockdown periods. And at present situation , despite melting down of market our company giving full benefits of the employees. I'm proud to be an employee of this company.

Dislikes

Some of our employees involved in ill politics, in sake of their carrier profit they blamed others to the MD , but it's our fortune our MD hasn't believe in rumours.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
