The Company culture at entrata is superb. Team work helps us to achieve the goals in the timely manner. They allow us to work with the flexible hours and from the comfort of the home. The review cycles are highly transparent and the feedbacks are very close to what we have achieved throughout the review cycle. There is a consistent motivation around to grow in the career.

Sometimes salary concerns are mainly for tenured employees and need to get them align with the overall market on which work is up and it should be fixed sooner the better. If we want to work from the office more, we should revisit the collaboration hours so it would be more consistent.

Working with Entrata (previously Xento Systems) has been a positive experience overall. It is a Product based company and it has a very large code base. Company has well-structured development and deployment processes and multiple teams collaborate efficiently to manage it. The workplace has mostly good people and a supportive environment.
