No prons You will learn a agile methodology and git. you will improve communication skills here by collaborating with cross cross-functional team but in technical skills you will forget what you have now. This company works in only core PHP and in that also you will not get chance to code. You have to beg for approvals from multiple team members and team for a single line code change. Have to document everything. Super micromanagement by some managers. I will not recommend to join this company. No technical growth. Only maintenance work. Appraisal Low salary No promotion In some of teams managers are not good. Favoritism is on peak. Sone Managers wants employee to do over time till 10:00 p.m. and upon disagreeing they will take action on you. Management decisions are not transparent and always in favour of managers, not developers. No holidays on Dusshera, rakhi, diwali's next day.
