Concerns with Management and HR Practices The management and HR team seem to lack a structured approach when dealing with employees. There have been instances where employees feel pressured to resign without clear justification. This creates a sense of insecurity among the workforce and fosters an unhealthy work environment. Frequent Leadership Changes One of the biggest challenges is the constant change in management. This leads to shifting priorities and a lack of long-term vision. Employees often struggle with inconsistent policies and directions. Limited Recognition of Loyalty Long-term employees do not feel valued for their contributions. Flexible timings and options to work from home now, not sure how long :) Emphasis on individual learning & growth, providing opportunities for skill development. 1. Team members are good, friendly, and understanding. 2. Low-level management has a good understanding of their products and areas. This helps to get the work done efficiently and to the point. 3. Flexible working hours. 4. Other activities conducted by the CSR team and Training team are good.

1. Failure of the proper decisions made by higher management, sadly affects the low-level employees and low-level management in all aspects ( like Appraisal, work pressure, and job security ). 2. The appraisal process has become volatile. 3. Lack of appreciation for truly working core team members.
